  1. Hi Colette,
finally finished last night reading all two thousand pages of Lchat, so amazing what you did .I was very anxious to finish and tell you how surprised me with his insight and sensitivity, positivity on this story when the girls were completely frustrated and hopeless you came and could animates them with his reading of history and brought the cheer for them, fantastico! Several times I wanted to step in and make comments, but then I remembered that he had passed and Chat no longer existed, it was funny! I took the youtube knowledge of the lively crowd and then by dailymotion, I do not usually watch TV, but I grew up watching soap operas, know the dynamics of brazilians novels and we have a maximum, the good always has a happy ending and the bad are punished, so maybe the brazilians novels are so successful in Brazil. But I will tell you what most caught my attention: His understanding of history and understanding of the mind of the author (Maneco), besides the strange situation of not being able to show a kiss between two women, you gotta have an understanding that many Brazilians by knowing our culture can not.But I will tell you what most caught my attention: His understanding of history and understanding of the mind of the author (Maneco), besides the strange situation of not being able to show a kiss between two women, you gotta have an understanding that many Brazilians by knowing our culture can not. Brazil is curious to allow as much nudity on TV, but is shocked to see two people of the same sex showing affection, I understand it well, but you are also European had this understanding of crystalline form, and each time I read his writings(aal things clarina) on scene you filled me with joy and I'd say this girl was born in South America, and more precisely in Brazil lol...Well, I have a lot of things to say or write but I will stop ritgh now, Wish you long live and never stop writing because you received one talent of being able to interpret beyond their world and culture, and you do it as few receive my admiration, my love and hug!

    2. Thank you so much, that really means a lot to me. I won't stop writing, it fills me with a lot of joy, both to lose myself in my own thoughts as my fingers are racing to keep up trying to type it all out, but I am also delighted my writings are so appreciated by many. Especially receiving this kind of feedback from someone who lives in Brazil, telling me I am on the right track with where my thoughts are going, is a wonderful motivation to write more and I am honored.

I'm actually writing a new post as we speak, it's a long one again, discussing two different scenes that are amazing individually, but go hand in hand together in many ways as well. I hope to post it today or tomorrow, these things always take me longer than I think they will. :(

I hope you enjoy it. Thanks again for taking the time to comment. <3

      Muito obrigada.

  2. second part
    Thanks for your quick response
One thing I noticed is that most of the girls were frustrated not to see a kiss or something else, but forgot the depth of affection that the actresses have shown throughout the novel, they could not give more than that, but managed to go beyond just a look, gesture or even distant from one another, most movies or shows very quickly lead actresses to kiss and sex, and it trivializes the relationship, so maybe Clarina was so successful, because I would say that prejudice Brazilian made them give much more than you could kiss and have privacy, we have good writers and actors here in Brazil, we are accustomed to excellent performance from them, you might not even like the story, but the action and dialogues are intelligent, dynamic and current. And we must remember that the story of Clara and Marina were not the main protagonists of the novel, So the scenes were shorts. But with your ability, pespicacia sure there is much to explore that story, go ahead Collete, I'll be following you here. kiss & hug from Brazil.
